Intro

While I love working with clients over Zoom, I realize there are some people who would enjoy having a hypnotic experience on their own time. Also, since these sessions are recorded, once you make a purchase you can listen to it an unlimited amount of times!

Live vs Recorded

There is a slight difference between live Zoom sessions and recorded sessions. When I do a Zoom session, I am asking questions and following the client’s pace, whereas during a recording, you are following my pace. For this reason, I create a lot of space between questions in the recordings.

Creating an Account

When you go to make a purchase you will be prompted to make an account. Afterwards, at the bottom of the drop down menu for my website (or in the top right corner if viewed on a desktop), you will see either login or account - all the content you’ve purchased will be available in this location. Also, I encourage you to sign up for my newsletter at the bottom of this page so you are the first to know when new recorded content is released.

Free Video

I created a free hypnosis session below (or here) so people can get a feel for my type of hypnosis before making a purchase. The video guides you through the pre-talk, body relaxation, countdown, and safe space that I do with all my clients. The recording is word for word what I say during a live Zoom session, the only differences being that the pre-talk includes things that are specific to the session being recorded and in the safe space I give you time to enjoy the experience instead of asking you to tell me what you are experiencing. All the recorded sessions below have the same pre-talk through to safe space.
