Hypnosis is:
A trance state, and trance is a natural state of mind that we all access everyday - For example, when we are waking up, going to sleep, focused on a task, or in deep meditation.
A way to unlock information we don’t consciously have access to - We knowingly process and store only a percentage of what happens around us, the rest is recorded by the subconscious. The superconscious holds information that extends beyond our current human experience, allowing us to connect to wisdom and memories that exist on a higher level of awareness. Hypnosis taps into both of these aspects of consciousness.
Client centered work - Your subconscious/superconscious is the expert on what you need during the session and I am there to help guide you through the experience.
Hypnosis is NOT:
Mind control - I cannot make you do anything you wouldn’t consciously consent to.
A magic wand that fixes issues - Transformation requires a desire for change and a willingness to put in the work.
Falling asleep - You will stay fully aware and in control the whole time.

Not everyone experiences hypnosis visually, and that’s completely okay. Some people feel sensations in their body, hear words or sounds, or simply get a sense of “knowing.” Your experience will unfold in the way that’s natural for you and I’ll be there to guide you in connecting with whatever form of awareness comes most easily.

All experiences—memories, emotions, dreams, or insights—are processed through the mind, but that doesn’t make them any less real or meaningful. In hypnosis, your subconscious/superconscious brings forward what is most helpful for you. Whether you see it as imagination, memory, intuition, or spiritual connection, what matters most is the clarity and healing it gives you. If it creates positive change, then it’s real in the ways that count.

While this work is therapeutic, I am not a licensed therapist and it is not a replacement for medical or psychological care. If you are seeking support for significant unresolved trauma, I recommend beginning with a licensed mental health professional before booking a session with me.

No. It is not advised to try and convince someone to sign up for a session. To gain the full depth of benefits, all clients must have an internal desire to do this work.

For the first 5-10 minutes we will discuss what it is you’d like to work on during the session, then I will gently guide you into a relaxed state. From there we will navigate wherever your subconscious/superconscious takes you. It is not uncommon to experience strong emotions during a session. This is a natural part of processing unconscious information and I will be there to make sure you feel safe and supported every step of the way. I will bring you back to full awareness 5-10 minutes before the end of the session to discuss your experience and answer any remaining questions.
