My journey with this work began over a decade ago when I was fortunate enough to be taken under wing by a group of older, spiritually gifted individuals. They opened my mind to new perspectives and abilities I never imagined possible. After my introduction to their world, I started saying I’d be the old lady that does energy work. In 2022, after saying this to someone, they asked, “Why do you need to wait until you’re old?” This shifted my whole perspective of what my life could look like.

     I started asking myself what sort of energy work I’d like to do. Past life regression had been on my radar and I loved that this type of work lead people to their own answers instead of the facilitator having to interpret for them. I went to a past life regression event then approached a friend saying, “I think I can recreate that experience for you”. And it worked.

     I kept working one-on-one with friends, then expanded out to working with groups of friends. I started hosting events in my city and at festivals, getting more and more comfortable working with new people. In the fall of 2025, I joined a hypnosis training accredited by the Michael Newton Institution and learned how to further refine the skills I was already using. I am currently in the certification process. It is also worth noting that I have a bachelor’s in psychology and am a trained therapist with a master’s level education in counseling. My knowledge and experience in traditional therapeutics and hypnotic healing allows me to blend these two worlds when working with clients.

     Doing this work makes my soul sing and it feels like I was always meant to do this. It’s a deep honor to be able to hold space for people and witness their transformation as they navigate their subconscious and superconscious.
